Working on their content strategy saw us build a target persona based on psychographics and content demands, mapping this against the customer journey, detailing content requirements at each stage. From developing a clear content proposition, we created content frameworks for fatface.com, their email communications and social channels.

Our teams have also supported the retailer on content creation for social channels and delivered strong results through paid social management.
